Strength and Mobility

At Infernal we value strength and mobility as a key component in overall health and wellness. Our Strength and Mobility class is structured to give members a chance to eliminate the clock and really focus on proper form and function. This allows members to build long-lasting strength as well as postural support, which will decrease the rate of muscular atrophy that comes with aging. This class runs for an hour long on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Infernal Strength Program

Our strength program is geared towards members who are looking to take a step away from Crossfit and really focus on building strength over their aerobic capacity. The program consists of various cycles with the overall goal of improving strength, technique, and postural support. Whether you are training to be stronger for a specific sport, event, or to become a better crossfitter, our program will attack your weaknesses and help build the strength you need to excel towards your goals.
