Snatch

Perform with Barbell only, 3 reps per movement:

Snatch Pull from hip, mid-thigh, above knee

Snatch Grip high pull from hip, mid-thigh, above knee

Power Snatch from hip, mid-thigh, above knee

Snatch Balance

 

Then @ 50% of 1RM:

(2×3) Power Snatch + 2 OHS

(2×3) Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch.

 

Then @ 75% of 1RM:

(2×3) Squat Snatch with 2 second pause at bottom.

 

Then @ 90% of 1RM:

(2×3) Snatch Pull from Ground.

(2×3) Snatch High Pull From Ground.

(x3) Squat Snatch.
