And for those of you not aware of this little beast lurking in the shadows, Linda is one of the toughest workouts in the CrossFit program.

How is that possibly possible, you ask?

Check it out. The workout calls for:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triple threat of:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 x body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

You could try and set up three bars and storm through on your own for time. Or you could gather two of your closest, strongest (might I suggest lightest!) Crossfit buddies and storm through to raise some money for research into food allergies (and no, gluten is not actually an allergy all you Paleo heads out there).

There are scalable options using 65% and 50% of bodyweight!
