OLY:  SNATCH 

With barbell only:

(x3) from hip, mid-thigh & above knee:

snatch pull, snatch high pull & muscle snatch.

(x5) from mid-thigh: power snatch + 2 OHS.

(x5) tall snatch

(x5) snatch balance

 

Then with up to 50% of 1RM:

(3×3) 2 hang snatch high pulls + 1 hang squat snatch.

(3×3) 1 power snatch + 2 OHS with 2 second pause at bottom.

(3×3) Squat snatch with 2 second pause. (20 sec. reset b/t reps.)

Then with up to 75% of 1RM:

(3×3) Snatch 1st pulls with 2 second pause above knees.

(3×3) Snatch high pulls from ground.

EMOM: 1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch.
