CROSSFIT –

This will be the 1st of five “Open Wod Test” to determine which athletes will be filmed for the open. We will run 2 heats: heat 2 will be the judge for heat 1 and heat 1 will be the judge for heat 2.

Open Wod Test 1: Based on Open Wod 13.1 (Not exact Wod)

30 Snatch (45/75),

30 Burpee’s,

30 Snatch (75/135),

20 Burpee’s,

30 Snatch (95/155),

10 Burpee’s,

30 Snatch (115/185).

* We will record top 10 male scores and top 10 female scores. 1st place will receive 1 point, 2nd place 2 points, and so on. We will hold 5 Open Wod Test and use these scores to determine which athletes we will video record for the Open. The top 10 male and female athletes with the lowest scores will be selected.
