1 squat clean (155/95)

10 double unders,

2 muscle ups or (6 pull-ups/6 ring dips),

2 squat cleans (155/95),

20 double unders,

3 muscle ups or (9 pull-ups/9 ring dips),

30 double unders.

*continue this pattern until time runs out.

** top 2 males and top 2 females with highest combined total reps will compete

in a final wod announced on the day of workout.
