As many of you are aware, Detective John Hobbs, 43, of the Phoenix PD was killed in the line of duty on Monday after 21 years of service. He leaves behind a wife and three children, ages 10, 8 and 6.
The Arizona law Enforcement Emerald Society has created a fundraiser T-Shirt where ALL of the proceeds will go directly to the family of Det John Hobbs. This loss was very personal for several members of the Emerald Society who had been squad mates, supervisors or close friends with John.
This T-Shirt was designed to be a shirt John would have wanted to wear. They may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we took input from some of Johns squad mates and close friends and this was the result. We have pre-ordered some that will be ready Friday and will be placing another order, based on the feedback to have for next week, so if you want a Detective John Hobbs memorial T-Shirt, order one now.
