We thought we would give Coach Tim a week off and called our girl Talayna Fortunato and asked her for some tips on how to attack 14.2.

14.2 is a real fun one, and HQ has already set up the timing for you, so here are another couple tips to think about

  1. Break up the C2B early with short rests, while still leaving some time to recover at the end of each round. (And remember you can use any grip you want, so switch it up if you get tired).
  2. Get after those OHS as fast as possible to lessen your time under tension overhead. Also consider a narrower grip to save your shoulders and forearms (and make sure if you are going to try a narrower grip you warm up with a few to make sure you are stable and controlled).

Have fun my friends at Crossfit Infernal and remember:

“Anything is possible. You can be told that you have a 90-percent chance or a 50-percent chance or a 1-percent chance, but you have to believe, and you have to fight!
