– 10 Seated DB Press

– 60s Plank (add weight if easy)

B: Metcon (No Measure)

3 Sets:

– Walking KB Farmer Lunges x LOB

– 6-8 Negatve Pullups (3-4s down)

– 60s accumulate Hollow Hold

C: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Sets:

-20s Jumping Lunges

Rest 10s

– 20s Pushups
