B: Metcon (Weight)

4 Sets:

– Back Squat X 2

*Complete all 4 with at least last weeks heaviest 2 sets

– 25 Hollow Rocks

C: Metcon (Weight)

Complete:

– 60 Weighed Front Rack Barbell Lunges (30 each leg)

*Each time you re-rack the bar run 400m (row 500m)
