– One Attempt Max Reps Ring Rows
*Super set. Rest as needed between sets
B: Metcon (Weight)
3 Sets:
– Bulgarian Split Squat X 6 @ 20X1 (each Leg)
– 10 Alt DB Curls @2121
*Super set. Rest as needed between sets
C: Metcon (No Measure)
Complete in any fashion:
– 30 Weighted Sit ups
– 30 Leg Lifts
