A: Metcon (Weight)

5 Sets:

– Bench Press X 5

*Shoot for 3 heavy sets

– DB Row X 6-8 (Each Arm)

*Super set, rest as needed between

B: Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 Sets:

– 45s max reps strict Dips

(Ring or stationary)

Rest 15s

– 45s max reps Barbell Row

(use a light weight for lots of reps)

Rest 15s

C: Metcon (No Measure)

3 Sets:

– 20 Weighted toe touches

(feet in the air, crunch up and touch toes)

– 20 Weighted V-Ups

– 40 Russian Twists
