Spend 5-10 Minutes Working on footwork of Split Jerk

B: Clean and Jerk (8 X 1.1)

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes (8 Sets)

Clean and Jerk X 1.1 (rest 10s between Singles)

Loads: 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85, 90, 90, 90+%

C: CrossFit Games Open 11.3 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5-Minute AMRAP of:
Squat Clean, 165# / 110#
Jerk, 165# / 110#
**Athletes may squat clean thruster if they want
