Metcon (Weight)

A. 3 Sets:

– DB Bench Press X max Reps

(choose a weight you can hit 10-20 reps)

– Bent Over Barbell row X max reps

(choose a weight you can do 20-30)

*Superset. Rest as needed between sets

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 Sets:

– Max Reps Ring Pushups

– Max Reps Strict Pullups

(Scale w/ Ring Row)

C: Metcon (No Measure)

2-3 Sets:

– 20 Toe Touches

– 20 V-Ups

– 20 Russian Twists (Both sides)

*Use weight if possible
