Rest Until the Clock hits 20:00, then complete
B: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Every 5 Minutes for 15 Minutes:
3 Minute AMRAP:
– Row 500/420m
– Max Reps Burpees Over The Rower
*Work for 3 Minutes, rest for 2 minutes and resume when clock hits 25:00 and 30:00
