Every 2 minutes for 10 (5 Sets):

1) 6 reps @ 65%

2) 4 reps @ 75%

3) 2 reps @ 85%

4) 2 reps @ 90%

5) 1 rep @ 95%

Rest as needed, then:

6) Max Reps @ 87% of 1RM

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP:

– 15 DB/KB Box Step Overs (35/26) (20/16)

– 15 DB/KB Push Press (35/26)

– 45 Double Unders
