A: Back Squat (Max Reps @ 78%)

Every 2 Minutes for 10 (5 Sets):

1) 6 @ 65%

2) 4 @ 75%

3) 2 @ 80%

4) 2 @ 85%

5) 1 @ 90%

Rest as needed, then complete:

– One Attempt Max UB Reps @ 78% (try to match last weeks reps!)

*Athletes are only allowed 2s in between each rep. Stand up, breathe, tighten up and go back down. Once you start taking over the 2s, your set is finished. STAY ACCOUNTABLE and you will get great results ☺

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 5 Minutes for 15 (3 Sets):

– Row 250/200m

– One attempt Max reps Wall Balls (20/14)
