A: Metcon (2 Rounds for weight)

Every 2 Minutes Alternating for 16 Minutes (4 sets each):

1) 20 KB Alternating Walking Lunges

*Hold farmer carry, to make more challenging hold 2 KBs in front rack position ☺

2) Bench Press X 4-6 (Heaviest possible)
Post heviest KB/DB weight and Bench Press

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Sets:

– 30s Max Calories on Assault Bike

– 60s accumulated L-Sit Hold (Hollow hold if no L-Sit)

Rest 2-3 Minutes between sets
Record Time is takes to complete each set
