A. 13 Minute AMRAP:
– 20 Clean and Jerks (95/65)
– 20 Calorie Row
*Male athletes will add 10# to each side (20 total lbs), women will add 5# to each side (10 total lbs) after each set. 1 Partner works at a time,
Rest 5 minutes, then:
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
13 Min AMRAP:
– Max Calories on Rower
*Every 30 Calories, each partner will complete 7 Burpees over the rower, and 7 Thrusters (95/65) before returning back to the rower.
**Only 1 person rowing at a time, partners may complete burpees and thrusters simultaneously
