– Partner Deadlifts (315/225)
*Both partners will Run 200m after each round. Both partners will be on the Deadlift bar at once
Rest 5 Minutes, then:
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP w/ Remaining Time:
5-10-15-20-25….
– Wall Balls (20/14)
– Pullups
*One partner working at a time. divide reps as needed
