– OHS X 3 @ 32X1 (3s down/2s hold/stand up/pause for 1s)
*keep the weight light and PERFECT form. This is a great opportunity to work on positioning and comfort in the OHS
B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
Every 5 Minutes for 15 (3 Sets):
– 10/7 Strict Pullups
– 25 KB Swings (70/53)
– 50 Air Squats
