Rest 2-3 Mins

B: Metcon (No Measure)

20 Minute EMOM:

1) 20s AB@ 20-30rpm under your max

2) 10-15 UB T2B (or 2 best UB attempts, not to exceed 15)

3) 10 UB TnG Deadlifts (155-185/105-125)

4) 100m Run

*this will be from the door to the 1st dumpster, turn around and come back inside.
