Men: Start at 75#, Add only 10-20# TOTAL each set

Women: Start at 45# Add only 5-10# TOTAL each set

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP:

– 10 Burpees Over The Bar

– 15 Push Press (75/55)

– 30 DUs (90 singles)
Rest 1 Minute, then:

C: 400m Run (Time)
