– Bench Press X 4-6 (Increase weight from last week)

Rest 30s, then:

A2: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

– 60s AMRAP of DUs

Rest 2-3 mins between

B: Metcon (Time)

Complete w/ a partner (20 min CAP):

– 100/75 Cal AB

– 50 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

– 100/75 Cal AB

*one partner works at a time
