*Complete the SAME as 9/26 and COMPARE RESULTS

Rest 2 minutes between sets

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

4 Min AMRAP:

– 4 Strict Pullups

– 8 Strict Press (75/65)

Rest 4 mins, then:

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Min AMRAP:

– 6 C2B

– 10 Push press (95/65)

Rest 4 mins, then:

D: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 Min AMRAP:

– 8 Pullups

– 12 Push Jerks (115/75)
