– Pause back squat @ 31X1 + Regular tempo back Squat
*complete all 5 sets at a MODERATE (70ish%) load w/ perfect form
B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
3 Sets:
– 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
– 15 BF over the bar burpees
– 10 UB TnG Squat Cleans (75/55)
Rest 3 mins between
