Every 2 mins for 10 mins (5 Sets):

– Pause back squat @ 31X1 + 2 Regular tempo back Squats

*Use AT LEAST the same load as last week across. Increase as long as tempo/form is PERFECT

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Rounds:

– 15/12 Cal Row

– 20 UB Wall Balls (you choose the weight 😉 )

– 200m Run
