*Complete everything with a partner

-25 Deadlifts (185/125)

– 50 Wall Balls (20/14)

*Break deadlifts as needed. One Partner Holds DL bar while other does wall balls, switch as needed.
Rest 10 mins, then:

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Main Course

20 Min AMRAP:

– 20 S2OH (135/85)

– 30 T2B

– 40 Front Squat (135/85)

– 50 Pullups

*one partner works at a time, break reps as needed

Rest 10 mins, then:

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Dessert

10 Min AMRAP:

– 200m Run

– Max Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

*one partner always running, one doing burpees. Score=Burpee box jumps
