Directly into

– 5-10 UB Pullups

*These should be done at your skill level (kip/butterfly/banded/jumping)

Rest 2-3 mins between sets

B: Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds For Time (20 min Cap):

– 14 Alt. KB Snatch (44/26)

– 14 T2B

– 400m Run
