B: Metcon (Time)

6 Rounds For Time w/ Partner (3 rounds each) (20 min Cap):

– 500m Row

– 25 Wall Balls (20/14)

– 50 DUs

*Partner “A” will start on rower, Partner B may begin as soon as partner A leaves rower. You cannot pass the person in front of you!
