Congratulations to Tiffany Boyle for winning April Athlete of the month!!

1) What were you doing before you came to CrossFit Infernal?
I was working out at a Crossfit in Maricopa. But it felt like gossip time instead of a good workout. I needed to find some place that pushed me.
2) What kind of animal would you describe yourself as during a WOD?
I would say a cheetah. I try to finish the WOD without completely killing myself. I go hard but I know my limits.
3) What are your goals/future plans with CrossFit?
Goals?Be toned. I feel myself getting stronger but I would like to see it. Future plans: Be more consistent with coming in. Having 3 girls that do different activities and living in Maricopa, makes it hard to come every day like I would like to. Looking forward to the summer when I can dedicate more time.

4) What is your favorite/least favorite movement?
Favorite: I love lifting weights, Front squats, back squats, deadlifts, etc.
Least: Snatches scare me! Also overhead squats. Anything overhead freaks me out.
5) Favorite Cheat Meal?
Mac n Cheese Cheeseburger with a pile of fries dipped in ranch.
6) What is some advice you would give someone new to CrossFit?
Its not like what you see on tv. You go at your pace and you are only racing yourself. Don’t feel bad about starting small because eventually you will get those moments that bring you to tears because you didn’t think you would be able to at the beginning![/cs_text][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]
