A: Warm-up (No Measure)

A. 10-15 mins to practice DUs

OR

If you are skilled in DUs, choose one of the following::

1) “beginner”: 10×20 UB DUs (rest 45-60s between)

2) Advanced: 7×35 UB DUs (rest 30-45s between)

3) Expert: 5×50 UB DUs (Rest 20-30s between)

*We will be building off this, so if one is on the easier side, but the one above is out of reach, go for the easier one to start

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Sets:

– 30 Cals Row

– 20 Goblet Squats (53/30)

Rest 1:1

*score= time it takes to complete EACH Set without rest
