If you are skilled in DUs, choose one of the following (progressed from last week):

1) “beginner”: 10×25 UB DUs (rest 45-60s between)

2) Advanced: 7×40 UB DUs (rest 30-45s between)

3) Expert: 5×55 UB DUs (Rest 20-30s between)

B1: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 Rounds (2 scores):

– Max Cals AB


B2: Metcon (Time)

– 200m Farmer Carry (70/53)

Rest 3 Mins between sets

*partners will alternate movements each round.

= 1 score is TOTAL cals, the other is TIME to complete the whole workout
