B: Metcon (No Measure)

3-4 Sets (move through with technical intent over getting a “workout”:

– 1-2 Rope Climbs (legless if possible)

– 100m Farmer Carry

– 8-10 K.HSPU (add deficit if easy)

– 50-100ft Dball Bear Hug Carry
