Warm-up (No Measure)

A. Every 90s for 4 Sets each (24 mins)

1) Deadlift X 4-6 @ 21X1 (2s down, 1s pause on ground, stand up, 1s pause at top)

2) Max Pushups in 60s

3) Alternating reverse DB/KB lunges X 20 (you choose)

4) Seated DB/KB Press X 10 @ 21×1 (2s down, 1s pause, press up, 1s pause above head)

*Stations 3&4 CAN be broken up if needed, however shoot for staying UB if possible
