B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
15 min AMRAP with a partner, alternating FULL Rounds:
– 5 S2OH
– 10 Deadlfits
– 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
*weight increases every 4 TOTAL rounds (2 rounds each):
1-4: 115/75
5-8: 135/95
9+: 155/105
