A. Spend 15ish mins warming up hinge motions, BB clean and snatch

B. For Time (30 min Cap)

3 Rounds:

– 10 Deadlifts (185/135)

– 10 HSPU

Then:

3 Rounds:

– 10 Power Cleans (135/95)

– 10 S2OH (135/95)

Then:

3 Rounds:

– 10 Power Snatch (95/65)

– 10 BF Burpees

**Every 6 minutes, including zero run 400m 😉
