*work adductors/glutes/hips, open up lats and ER and wrists

B. Every 90s for 5 sets (end at 7:30):

– 2 Front Squat @ 31X1 + 2 Front Squats (normal tempo)

* Try to match weight/add 5-10lbs from 2 weeks ago

C. 3-4 Sets for QUALITY:

– DB/KB RLE Split Squat 5-6 (each leg)- Heavy w/ perfect form

– 5-6 Strict T2B (scale= 10-12 V-ups)

– 5-6 DB /KB Box Step ups (20/16”)

– 15-20 Hollow Rocks
