8-10 min aerobic prep (mixing cyclical modalities and increasing paces)

5-10 minutes to warm up/practice HSPU skills

B: Metcon (Time)

For Time w/ partner (30 min Cap):

– 1 Mile Run (together)

– 50 HSPU (scale= standing DB strict press w/ a weight that is tough for 5)

– 100/85 Cal Row

– 50 S2OH (135/95)

– 75/60 Cals AB

*One partner working at a time, other than Run
