– Back Squat X 4 @ 22X1 @ 85-90% of 2 weeks agos weight
Rest 2-3 mins between sets
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
. 15 Min AMRAP:
– “Cooper Fun Run”
Then, AMRAP w/ remaining Time”
4-8-12-16….
– Single arm KB Front Squats (50/35)- Split reps in half on each arm
– Box Jump Overs (24/20)
