OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Tu/Thu 5:30PM - 7PM, Sat 5:30PM - 7PM

Olympic Weightlifting is made up of two movements. The Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. To master these movements, you must master the squat, deadlift, power clean, and shoulder to overhead.

To master these movements, you must understand the movements, positions, and possess good mobility and movement patterns, In our OLY classes, not only do we spend time perfecting the lifts but more importantly the foundational positions that will help you master the lift itself. Our coaching staff is highly educated on proper movement mechanics with and without the barbell in hand, so don’t always expect to be lifting tons of weight if you expect to get better at OLY Lifting!

The strongest people are not always the strongest lifters. It’s the people who have the strongest understanding of the lift, and the proper positions that ultimately lift the most weight!
