“Spicy 60”

Monday/Wednesday 5PM-6PM

 

Looking to increase your endurance so you can go faster/longer during CrossFit WODS? Maybe you want to improve your overall cardio, or just need to get in a good sweat. Our “Spicy 60” class is just for you!

This class uses a mixture of the common cyclical devices (rower/bike/ski erg/treadmill) and body weight movements to improve your aerobic threshold! This will be done through Interval Training (long, short, etc.), and longer exposure to cyclical conditioning. Teaching your body how to get better at flushing lactic acid!

AND, to top it off, we will always finish with some CORE work to make sure your abs stay nice and happy!
