If you’ve ever been injured and lost time at the gym, you know how frustrating it can be to get back into the game. Physical therapy is the best way to speed up that process and, more importantly, keep you from getting injured in the first place.

I’ve been a part of the Infernal CrossFit community since 2008 and opened my office inside the gym specifically to cater to the needs of people who know the value of a tough workout.
