Our “Health” program is all about accessible fitness. Each day includes two parts: a strength portion and a conditioning workout. The movements are simple and approachable, and you always have the flexibility to choose your own weights. This program runs alongside our “Perform” program, so you can join at your own pace!

For those who love the challenge of traditional CrossFit, our “Perform” program delivers that same intensity! Expect a mix of Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and fun odd-object training. With two levels of difficulty, “RX” and “RX+,” you can push yourself to new heights, no matter where you’re starting from.

If your goal is to build muscle definition and foundational strength, our “Body” program is perfect for you. This 5-day bodybuilding plan includes 4 days of focused lifting and 1 day of cardio to keep things balanced. Get ready to see results and feel stronger than ever!

Need a quick, heart-pumping workout? “Sweat” is a 3-day program designed for high-intensity cardio sessions. With options like assault bikes, rowing, ski erg, running, and burpees, it’s perfect for when you’re short on time but want a great workout.

We believe fitness is for everyone, regardless of age. This program is specially designed for those 55 and older, focusing on mobility, stretching, proper movement mechanics, and injury prevention to keep you moving and feeling great!
