At Infernal, our Crossfit is programmed to meet the demands of the community as a whole. Our focus is aimed at improving the 10 foundations of crossfit; Cardiovascular/Repertory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Through these we develop a full spectrum of “Fitness”, creating a broad range of athleticism and an overall improved wellness of life. Crossfit is defined as, “Functional Movements that are performed at high intensity and constantly varied. This includes anything from Aerobic/Anaerobic activities, Olympic Weightlifting, Gynastics, and Calisthenics.
