As a kid, I was always very active, whether it be playing three sports year-round or running around with my friends. Exercise became a huge part of my life early on when bullying became too abusive and started to break me down. I found exercise to be the only outlet that took away all the trouble the world might have to offer. From this moment I dedicated my life to helping others achieve this same feeling in a safe environment.

I knew I had a rare gift of wanting to go out of my way to better others around me, so when the opportunity of owning a CrossFit gym presented itself, I knew it was my calling. The opportunity to help hundreds of peoples lives every single day, JACKPOT!

Sports and exercise saved me, and I will forever spend my days impacting as many people as I can in the same fashion! I can truly say I would not be where I am today without fitness, and I am very thankful for that!

I never wanted to be a CrossFit athlete because I was super intimidated by the sport. I didn’t think that I would be capable of learning the things that I saw CrossFit athletes doing. But with the help and encouragement of the coaches at Infernal, I quickly fell in love with the sport.

I grew up doing competitive gymnastics and I was a cheerleader for five years. CrossFit is a little bit of gymnastics and coaching is a little bit of cheerleading. Perfect fit!

When I took my Level 1, I knew that I would love coaching because of the CrossFit methodology. Fitness has had a huge impact on my life, physically and mentally. Getting to share that feeling with others, through coaching, is an opportunity I am grateful for. I am excited to be a part of the Infernal family!

My CrossFit journey began eight years ago in my best friend’s garage. I had always been into athletics (Gymnastics and Swimming) and working out, but was afraid to lift weights. However through the coaching and positive encouragement that CrossFit offers, I started to see the benefits it brought, and the changes to my body and mindset. So I was instantly hooked! This ultimately inspired me to give this feeling back and got Level 1 Certified so I could start coaching!

I have now been coaching at Infernal for three years and am so grateful to be a part of such an amazing and supportive community. I genuinely love the daily value I can add to our members lives being a coach! I love being able to help people reach their goals and guide them through their fitness and wellness journey.

CrossFit has changed my mindset to love my strong body and be proud of the things I am able to do!

My Athletic Career started before I can even remember. I grew up trying out as many sports as I could; which then narrowed down to softball as I got older. I played softball throughout high school up until my senior year. I had dealt with some stubborn knee injuries throughout that process which made me change my direction and find a sport I could go have fun in. Which turned me to track and field. During that process, I became very curious about weight training and CrossFit. I started CrossFit when I was a senior in high school and ever since I have been in love with the gym and this type of training.

I currently compete nationally as an Olympic weightlifter. CrossFit is what introduced me to this sport. To this day I am so thankful for that! My passion for coaching started from a young age and I knew it was always something I wanted to do. I Went to college to gain more knowledge in the training and coaching field so I could be as prepared as I could. My Coaching background started in Olympic weightlifting. Today I coach a wide range of athletes from young kiddos just finding their passion to developed athletes in college, as well as everyday people that are looking to get healthier and improve themselves. I love coaching not only because it pushes me to be a better coach and athlete, but I can truly watch people improve themselves and there’s nothing better than that.

I found CrossFit in 2011 and signed up for my Level 1 after just 6 months. Coming from a background in playing and coaching football, CrossFit’s ability to bring together so many fitness domains was the most intriguing aspect to me.

I joined the Infernal Family in late 2013, and think we have one of the best communities around! I love helping members any way I can to make improvements on their fitness each and every day.

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Youth Fitness Coach, USAW Level 1, NSCA CPT, Professional Nap Taker

Health, fitness, and sports has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing all sports and narrowed my athletics down to football and baseball. The more I trained for each respective sport, the more I fell in love with the training/in-gym aspect. Understanding how to optimize human performance intrigued me ever since.

My coaching career began with sports performance personal training for youth athletes. After finding Crossfit and Weightlifting in 2012, I dedicated the next few years to learning and coaching correct movement patterns and technique. I am always trying to learn and grow as an athlete as well as a coach, and be able to provide solid and up to date tips and techniques to improve performance.

When I’m not in the gym, you can find me on the football field refereeing youth, high school, and college football. Health and fitness is something I am truly passionate about. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than being able to help someone reach their goals and improve their way of life.
