*pick a load that challenges you but allows you to focus 100% on form
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
. 9 Min AMRAP:
– 3 Power Clean and Jerk (135/95)
– 6 BF Burpees- New Standard
– 9 Wall Balls (20/14)
C: Crossfit Games Open 18.1 (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
