A. Find 1RM Back Squat.
*Athletes who cannot perform a back squat with perfect form, will find their 20 RM Goblet Squat with the heaviest kettle bell possible using perfect form.
B. Back Squat: As many reps as possible at 85% of 1RM.
C. Single leg bulgarian split squats: Find 8 rep max for each leg using heaviest kettle bell possible.*Modification is using body weight.
D. Side plank hold on forearm. Record time for each side, rest 2 minutes b/t.
E. 500 meter Row TT (time trial).
*Athletes should rest 5 minutes b/t each test.
