30 Minute EMOM:

1) 12-15 KB Swings (70/53)

2) 4-6 Push Press (#HEAVY, you choose the weight)

3) 10s on Rower @ 100% Effort

4) 8-10 Burpees

5) 8-10 Front Rack Lunges (5 each Leg)

*Shoot for high rep count in beginning, try to hold for whole EMOM

**Use same weight for push press as lunges. Record weight used.
