– 7 Minutes of MAX CALORIES on assault bike (If big class introduce rower as an option)
*One partner working at a time on KB Swings, break as needed. Partners will run together. One person working at a time on thrusters, then partners will finish run together. One partner biking at a time, switch as needed ☺
